Knoxville, TN – In anticipation of the team’s 10^th Anniversary Season, the Knoxville Ice Bears are unveiling three new jerseys and will have more giveaways than ever before.

To commemorate the team’s 10^th Anniversary, the organization is unveiling brand new home and away jerseys. In addition, the Ice Bears will have an alternate jersey for the first time in the organization’s history. Each jersey will include a special 10^th Anniversary patch.

To further celebrate the anniversary, the team will be rewarding the best fans in the S.P.H.L. all season long, including giving away $1,000 at every Thursday home game.

The team is also launching a new promotion called the 30 Days of Giveaways. Starting September 14, the team will give away a daily prize to one lucky fan. Prizes include a golf outing with a player, single-game ice box tickets for a fan and 11 friends, and an autographed Ice Bears jersey. The culmination of the promotion will be on October 13 when a fan will be given a one-day contract with the team.

Season ticket and 20-game package holders, who are up-to-date with their payments, are eligible to win. Eligible fans have already been entered and can to win only once. Winners will be announced on the team’s website and Facebook page.

The Knoxville Ice Bears kick off the season on Friday, October 21^st at 7:30 pm at the Knoxville Civic Coliseum.  The evening will feature a tribute to the launch of the 10^th Anniversary Season.
