New Rules Force Ice Bears to Make Rules
date: 07/30/2011Martin Kubaliak won't be back with the Knoxville Ice Bears this coming season, but older brother Jozef could still make a return.
The defensemen from Slovakia became free agents when the Ice Bears elected not to put them on their protected list after the 2010-11 Southern Professional Hockey League season.
Ice Bears coach Mike Craigen said Martin Kubaliak, 26, who played one season with the Ice Bears, won't be on his 2011-12 roster.
