Jamie Ronayne - Assistant Coach
Jamie Ronayne continues to serve as the Ice Bears assistant after a 7 year professional career that included stops in Tulsa, New Haven, El Paso, San Angelo, Alabama and finally a crowning moment in Knoxville during the 2005-2006 season when he lead the Ice Bear’s to their 1st ever professional hockey championship.
Ronayne, 36, was born in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and spent his collegiate years at Buffalo State College in New York with the Bengals of the NCAA before starting his professional career with the Tulsa Oilers of the Central Hockey League.
Currently residing in Knoxville, Tennessee with his wife Nikki, son Max and their two dogs “Tango” & “Cash”, Jamie works full time at Pilot/Flying J in Wholesale Fuel Sales.
Ronayne’s eternally positive outlook on life and hockey has helped both skaters, goalies and other staff members this season as his passion and enthusiasm for the game of hockey shows in every conversation you have with him.
