The Knoxville Ice Bears have signed forward Jared Nash to an SPC. Nash comes to Knoxville from SUNY-Oswego, where he played in four games this season before electing to turn pro. His collegiate season was canceled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He spent his first two college seasons at Division I Alaska-Anchorage.
The Ice Bears have also signed defenseman Dean Moore to an SPC. Moore signed a five-game PTO earlier this month and has appeared in five games for the Ice Bears this season with one assist and a +5 rating.
Knoxville will host Birmingham on Wednesday night before facing the Bulls again on Friday at the Civic Coliseum.
