Natalie joins us from a background of restaurant and bar management. You may have seen her around Knoxville at some well-known local establishments. She joined the Ice Bears retail staff in 2022 and was elevated to the position of Merchandise Director in 2023. She brings a higher level of organization, efficiency, and grace to today’s professional world by combining a service-based mindset with a positive attitude and a smile. She is looking forward to getting to know all our fans and bringing in the best and most fun merchandise in the SPHL! Known for thinking outside the box we look forward to seeing some new creative concepts and ideas she will be bringing with her this season!
